What does 2 on a head rail mean?
This is only for wide windows. When a window is too wide, the blinds need to be split into two independent blinds that share the same top or head rail. Many times two single blinds will serve the same purpose. There is an additional charge of $45 for 2 on a head rail, and a $55 charge for 3 on a headrail.
