so blinds are not returnable except for warranty service or
repair and no refunds are given after twenty four hours of
placing your order. In the unlikely event of a defect in material

| Warranty!
All
of our products are designed to be trouble-free for the life of the
product and the quality of materials is outstanding. All products
are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for as
long as you own them. Please note, all single blinds over 71" in width will not be covered by the warranty, due to excessive weight on the headrail.
Shipping! Shipping inside the continental United States, for orders of $200 or more, is free on all blinds, except those over 100" in any dimension. These large blinds are not handled by UPS and therefore require an additional shipping charge. On orders of blinds inside the continental United States, under $200, shipping is $15 for the order, except those over 100" in any dimension, which require an additional shipping charge. Shipping for all drapes is FREE anywhere in the continental United States. Customers outside the Continental United States wanting to order drapes or blinds, please call (800) 249-4231 for a shipping quote. |
